Ochiai Yoshiiku (1833-1904) was a Ukiyoe painter as well as a creator of newspaper active from the end of Edo to the Meiji era. A pupil of Utagawa Kuniyoshi. He used to be a rival of Tsukioka Yoshitoshi who was also a pupil of Kuniyoshi, but Yoshiiku also worked on newspaper as illustrator.
