This seems a part of "Disaster comic" depicted Great Kanto Earthquake. This "Disaster comic" was created by Okamoto Ippei as a leader who called for the painters who could have sympathy through a cartoon organization. The purpose was to encourage people who sufferred from the disaster, and according to a record, a department store in Osaka held a exhibition to show these artworks. But it is not certain some of artowrks in this picture album were actually exposed at this exhibition.
Good condition except small tears in the corners of the cover.
