Ukiyoe painter. Also referred to as Ichiryusai and others as Gago. A pupil of Toyoharu. His starting career as a painter is in approx.1788. Although Toyokuni I was one of his fellows from the same school, the number of pieces Toyohiro produced was not as many as Toyokuni I's. He particularly handled the illustration for the printed books which included Santokyodenfs and Kyokutei bakinfs. One of his pupils is Hiroshige , a great master of landscape.
