Kunisada II
1823-1880
Ukiyoe painter. Also referred to as Ichijusai, Baichoro, Ichiyosai, and others as Gago. Although coming from a peasant family, he married Toyokuni -III-(Kunisada)">Kunisada I’s daughter to take over his father-in-law's Gago in approx.1870. He was excelled at actor painting, illustration for long handscroll, beauty, and warrior painting.
